| In 1991 the Tabmaster® hand held tabbing tool,
along with Flextab® flexible fitting points, revolutionized the photo frame
fitting process by providing a reliable high-speed method to fasten drop-in backs.
Now Tabmaster has takenthe next step - with the Tabmaster 2000, the fully automatic frame fitting system. The Tabmaster 2000 automatically accepts a frame, inserts the desired number of Flextabs into the back and ejects the finished frame with no operator intervention. It accepts frames with rabet dimensions from 4" x 6" to 11" x 14" and will process frames at speeds up to 2,000 per hour, regardless of frame size. |
