CASSESE® CS 939 & CS 939MA Saws


The Cassese CS 939 and 939MA (Multi Angle) are double mitre saws specially developed for 45 degree cuts only (939) or for cuts of 45, 30 and 22.5 degrees of picture frame mouldings (939MA).
Can cut up to 5" wide mouldings Four air-operated clamps insure mouldings are held securely during cutting Exclusive measuring system with direct read-off both of rabet and outside length Two measuring stops enable the cutting of both dimensions of the frame one after the other Fast: up to 350 to 450 chops/hour can be cut Safe: The main guard of the machine is locked as soon as air and power are engaged and cannot be opened before the motors stop completely. The machine works by pushing two buttons at the same time to keep the operator's hands free of the cutting area. All adjustments are made externally. Economical: Due to the cutting design, the moulding waste is almost nil, which wastes less moulding, saving money every time you make a cut Dust collector: An optional dust collector unit can be switched on and off with the 939 and 939MA, reducing power consumption and noise in the workplace Automatic stops: Both models can be fitted with Cassese's exclusive Quick Stop and Smart Stop automatic measuring system (see below)

**Automatic Measuring Stops: Numeric Quick Stop and Smart Stop**
Both automatic stops can be ordered as an option with Cassese double mitre saws and are installed on on the machines at the factory. Both allow significant time savings compared to manual measuring systems. The stops can be set in a few seconds. Automatic stops help the operator avoid costly mistakes. Available in 2 versions, their key features are:
Quick Stop	User-friendly touch screen keypad Numeric stop (goes to requested size automatically Stores up to 800 articles that are either profiles or finished products (i.e., a specific frame with its profile, specs & dimension of frame) Memorizes up to 80 standard frame sizes Can work at any time with inside or outside dimensions or can be "locked" to use inside dimensions only to avoid operator mistakes Easily change from long to short frame dimension Re-settable counter counts cuts Simple user-friendly touch screen keypad can communicate in several languages
Smart Stop	Includes all the features of the Quick Stop plus: An automatic moulding width measurer on the left hand side of the saw. This instantly measures the moulding width, the operator simply confirms the measurement and the Quick Stop adjusts automatically to the dimension required. Virtually eliminates operator mistakes which lead to waste moulding. The more often you change moulding, the better the Smart Stop will work for you.
